Xiaolin Zhang teaches piano to students of all ages. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education/Piano from San Francisco State University, and is a member of the Music Teachers Association of California.
Besides teaching privately, Xiaolin teaches elementary school classroom music through the Music For Minors program.
Xiaolin is an energetic and enthusiastic teacher. She customizes lesson plans to fit the individual learning styles of students, while respecting their various abilities, interests, and cultural backgrounds. For students interested in the Certificate of Merit or ABRSM programs, she provides coaching for the Piano and Music Theory exams.
